A few months ago, Snowflake was found after being hit by a car. He lost one eye, suffered devastating injuries to his face and palate, and later needed several emergency surgeries to save the only eye he had left.
Today, he weighs more than six kilos, eats with an enormous appetite and can still see.
But he is not safe yet.
Snowflake is still fighting a persistent fungal infection and needs approximately two more weeks of treatment before he can finally return home.
For months, we fought simply to keep him alive.
Now, we are fighting to finish what we started and give him his life back.
