Why I created Let’s Adopt, and why I’m asking you to join us

Care continues long after the dramatic moment.

    Dear friend,

I did not set out to build an animal rescue organization. I started Let’s Adopt because the animals with the hardest cases were being left behind. Their injuries were severe, their treatment expensive and their recovery long.

I could not accept that a life should matter less because it was difficult to save.

That became the foundation of Let’s Adopt.

We rescue, find the right specialists, operate, rehabilitate and stay until the animal is safe. When adoption is not possible, The Great House becomes home. We do not walk away halfway through.

Nearly two decades later, animals depend on us every day. There are surgeries to arrange, medicines to give, individual diets to prepare, caregivers to pay and a home to protect.

None of this pauses when donations fall or an algorithm stops showing our videos.

Moving from one emergency to the next is not enough. Let’s Adopt needs a stable monthly base so we can plan, keep an experienced team and say yes because an animal needs us, not because we happened to have a good week.

I want this organization to outlast every platform and every individual, including me. A video can introduce you to one animal. It cannot carry the weight of this mission. People must.

I am asking you to become one of those people.

Join Inside the Mission. See what happens after the camera stops. Understand our decisions. Stay through the recoveries and the setbacks. Share our work. If you are able, become a monthly supporter.

I am not asking the same thing from everyone. I am asking you to stand with us.

Then we can be ready for the next animal with nowhere else to go, while keeping every promise we have already made to those in our care.

    Thank you for being here.
