Ringo is finally at our hospital in Valencia, under the dedicated care of Isidor’s team. The journey was difficult and exhausting—nine hours on the road with Ringo sedated just to cope with the immense pain. Thanks to careful sedation with Buprex, he was able to make the journey more comfortably, but even with all our preparation, seeing something like this remains profoundly difficult.
The initial images from the clinic are deeply shocking. Over the years, we’ve dealt with many challenging cases, but the severity of Ringo’s condition is something we could never get used to. Even Isidor, with all his experience and determination, was visibly shaken.
Ringo’s pain is so intense that we’ve had to completely sedate him with Propofol just to perform initial wound care and crucial examinations. Without sedation, treatment would be impossible—his suffering is too severe.
At this critical moment, our main challenge is to control the severe infection threatening his life and keep him properly hydrated. A large part of his back has lost its skin, causing constant fluid loss. Every hour matters, and we must be meticulous with every step we take.
We will fight tirelessly for Ringo, but we need you more than ever. Your help, empathy, and support can make a decisive difference in his life.
