Hi everyone,
This video is for you.
For those who follow us every week.
For those who know every single animal we rescue, dogs, cats, souls who arrive broken and leave whole again.
For those who have seen the transformations, the surgeries, the recoveries, the adoptions, and the peace they finally find at our shelter, The Great House.
You know what we do. You know who we are.
And for many of you, Let’s Adopt has become part of your life.
Some of you have donated once. Others help us regularly.
But all of you, every single one of you, are part of this journey.
Our Reality
About once a year, I have to sit down and record a video like this one.
And every time, it’s for the same reason.
Our veterinary bills have become impossible to manage.
Right now, we owe nearly $50,000 to our two main clinics, to Isidor and Juan, and their teams, who have never turned us away.
This happens because our fundraising simply doesn’t reach enough people.
It’s not mismanagement. It’s not mistakes.
It’s just the cost of saving lives.
When a dog like Gollum or Mia or Prince arrives, we don’t stop to calculate budgets. We take a decision.
We look at them and say: Yes, we will save you.
That’s what we do. That’s what we’ve always done.
But those decisions come with a price.
Sometimes it’s a week of treatment. Usually, it’s months, multiple surgeries, medication, therapy.
And right now, we’re at a breaking point.
Why I’m Asking for Your Help
Let’s Adopt doesn’t have big sponsors or corporate donors.
We don’t have reserves or safety nets.
We depend on people, on you, to keep doing what we do.
You live in the United States, in the UK, in France, Belgium, Spain, Germany, all over the world.
You’ve watched these stories, you’ve cried, you’ve shared them, you’ve given.
And you’ve saved lives with us.
That’s what makes this community so powerful.
It’s built not on one big donor, but on thousands of hearts who care.
But today, we’ve reached a point where we can’t continue without help.
If we don’t pay these bills, we can’t rescue.
It’s that simple.
My Promise
Every year, I hate having to make a video like this.
It’s painful. It feels like failing.
But the truth is, this is our only way forward.
We don’t have a business behind us.
We don’t print money.
We rely on goodwill, on compassion, and that’s what I’m asking for today.
Please, if you can, donate.
Help us survive this moment.
Help us continue saving lives.
Because without you, there’s no Let’s Adopt.
And without Let’s Adopt, there’s no one left for them.
Thank you so much for listening.
Please donate.
