Liska is in the ICU. We are trying to save her.
Liska has been rushed to the hospital and is now in intensive care.
Only a few weeks ago, she underwent surgery for carcinoma. But in the last 48 hours, everything changed. She became weak, stopped eating properly, could barely move, and needed urgent hospitalization.
The veterinary team is now working to stabilize her, repeat her bloodwork, run the necessary tests, and understand whether chemotherapy is still a real option.
We want to be very clear: we will never do anything that goes against Liska’s quality of life. But it is too early to stop.
Liska is still here. She is still fighting. And as long as there is a medically reasonable path forward, we will stand by her.
Her ICU care, hospitalization, tests and possible oncology treatment will be extremely expensive.
