Linda’s Cancer Is Back

Three years ago Linda was sitting in a shelter with cancer.

Nobody wanted her.

She had multiple mammary tumors and her future looked very short.

We adopted her and took her into surgery immediately. The tumors were removed and Linda began a new life.

For more than two years she lived happily, safe, loved, and home.

Then last December she was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma, an aggressive cancer affecting the tissue in her jaw.

Our surgeon Jorge performed a complex surgery and removed the tumor.

Linda recovered beautifully and went back to enjoying life.

But cancer is cruel.

The tumor has returned.

Linda is now back at the hospital. The recurrence is aggressive, but Jorge believes there is still a chance to remove it again and give Linda more time living well.

And that time matters.

Linda is happy.
She is bright.
She still wants to live.

At Let’s Adopt we have always lived by one rule:

We never give up on our animals.

Today Linda needs surgery again.

If you can help, please stand with her.

Together we can give Linda another chance.

Linda is already at the hospital waiting.
