Tina has left the hospital.
She is safe at the Great House now, but her recovery has only just begun.
Her skin is still terribly damaged. Her leishmaniasis still needs treatment. She will need medication, medicated baths, veterinary checks, good food, and time.
This is the part of rescue people don’t always see.
The hospital saves them from the immediate danger.
The real recovery happens afterwards.
