Yesterday we introduced you to Arthur.
He was run over by a car and left on the road.
People thought he was dead, so they didn’t stop.
This happens more often than we would like to believe.
Arthur was lucky. One of our community members found him and contacted us immediately. We went to pick him up and brought him straight to the hospital.
Arthur is young, gentle, and terrified.
He has a severe fracture and is now hospitalised, calm, medicated, and protected with a stabilising bandage while he waits for surgery.
He is not in pain right now.
He is safe.
And he is being looked after by people who do not give up.
Someone abandoned him.
Someone drove away.
But we believe dogs like Arthur have rights, and that they deserve a second chance.
That is who we are.
That is what this community does.
Arthur’s surgery is next.
If you can, please donate and help us carry him through this.
Thank you for standing with him.
