Arthur is a young bodeguero who was found on the hard shoulder of the road after being run over by a car. The driver did not see him. She thought he was a piece of cardboard.
Arthur went underneath the car.
He survived, but with serious injuries.
Arthur was rushed to the veterinary hospital, where tests confirmed a severe fracture of the tibia and fibula, along with internal trauma consistent with being hit by a vehicle. He has been in pain and trembling with fear, but despite everything, he has remained incredibly gentle.
Arthur is only two and a half years old. He is sweet, sensitive, and did nothing to deserve what happened to him.
He is now hospitalised and waiting for urgent surgery. The procedure is complex but essential if Arthur is to walk again and live without pain.
