Today, Marco and Cosmo went home.
Marco was rescued with horrific injuries on his back.
Cosmo came to us with a broken leg.
Both spent years waiting. Years of treatment, recovery, and patience.
And today, they were adopted together.
We drove them to Barcelona.
We carried them into a new home.
We watched them hide, explore, and slowly understand they were safe.
This is why we do what we do.
Not every story ends in urgency.
Some end quietly, with a sofa, a bowl of chicken, and two cats who no longer have to wait.
But endings like this only exist because people choose to support the work before the happy moment arrives.
