Yesterday, despite battling pneumonia myself, I introduced you to Cairo, an incredibly sweet dog who has suffered severe abuse at the hands of his previous owner. Cairo has a serious leg fracture, and while we’re relieved the bone hasn’t yet broken through the skin, urgent surgery is necessary to ensure his recovery and avoid further complications.
