Today, we bring you an update on LUCKY, one of the most moving rescue stories we’ve ever had the privilege to share with you. Lucky was found on the side of the road, close to death. The transformation he underwent through months of dedicated veterinary care, love, and patience was nothing short of miraculous.
Just when we thought he was ready for a forever home, life threw another curveball at us. We found a tumor under his tongue—lymphoma. For the past four months, Lucky has been on chemotherapy. His progress was so impressive that he looked like an entirely new dog.
However, during today’s check-up, we received news we weren’t expecting. We’ll share more details in an upcoming update, but for now, know that we’re doubling down on our efforts to give Lucky the best chance at a happy, healthy life.
