Lola’s time on earth has ended… We don’t know what her life was like, until near the end when she was rescued, a tired old dog that had been hit by a car, but it was certainly not a good one. She was a hunting dog in Spain. The police wanted to put her to sleep there and then. Lola lived her happiest year at the Great House with Maribel and the team. She was free to roam or sleep, whatever she preferred, and she did a good deal of both. Above all, Lola was loved. Rest easy, Lola, you won’t be forgotten.
