There are monsters living among us… and here is the proof! Puppy Roy was beaten on the top of his neck so hard that he has been internally decapitated… it’s a miracle that he is alive. He is such a trusting and affectionate boy that this makes it even more outrageous. Innocence harmed by human evil. Roy needs a complex surgery… he is counting on us and we are counting on you!

please, please send us an update on Roy. It’s an unimaginable cruelty. I absolutely cringed watching him get “caught” by his neck prior to being taken to your vet. His condition chills me to the core.
