AMY has been brutally abused by hunters. HELP US SAVE HER
The call arrived as I was about to go to bed. Had they called five minutes later and she would be dead.
They sent me a picture. They had seen her crawling on the empty fields but for some reason noone ever stopped. Maybe they thought she was dead already.
I will never forget her face when we opened the crate. It was like if a whole world had opened up in front of her. God only knows where she comes from, what they´ve made her do, what they´ve done to her.
Very rarely you see a body so battered and broken. Her two front legs have broken fractures, bone is infected, joints have been eaten away by infection.
I´m fine. I´ll hold.
Do your best.
I know you will never give up on ME.
Don´t worry Amy, (I whisper)…. We will never let you go.
Amy´s condition defies description. Right now she needs intensive care, and she needs two urgent surgeries to fix her legs before her bone becomes completely infected.

Amy has gone through hell at the hands of a hunter that broke her two front lets and abandoned her to die..
Last week we worked really hard to save her two legs…. We operated her TWICE!!
