Today is the first day of Alma’s new life. The tumour gone, now she needs chemotherapy treatment. She will learn to walk on a leash, she will learn that we only want what’s best for her and she will learn to trust. For the moment, the new Alma continues in the hospital where she has received a blood transfusion. Alma has had the strength to survive in unspeakable conditions, but she still needs us!
