It’s so difficult to describe Hannibal’s state of neglect… you have to see it for yourself. A young dog, he must have been living in hell. An emergency blood transfusion has enabled us to bring him to our hospital. Now he needs treatment and plenty of TLC. I promise that he will have everything he needs… but I need your help, Hannibal needs your help today!

Humans are capable of tremendous neglect and I difference. It always the innocent how are targeted. I pray he gets to recover and enjoy some of his life. Obviously he deserves some peace and joy !!
